All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes where required. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
2.3 Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is accepted when we send a confirmation email.
2.4 Payment

3. Bespoke Orders
For custom/bespoke orders:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production
- Production time is typically 3-4 weeks
- Final payment is due before shipping
- Bespoke items cannot be returned unless defective
- Minor variations from designs are inherent to handcrafted items

5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your Nurah piece. If you're not completely satisfied:
- Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Bespoke/customized items are final sale
- Sale items may have different return conditions
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

All content on this website, including designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Nurah and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:
