Returns Policy
We want you to love your Nurah piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- 14-day window: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Original condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Tags attached: All original tags must be intact
- Refund processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Please note: Bespoke/customized items are final sale and cannot be returned. Sale items may have different return conditions.
How to Return
- Email hello@nurah.me with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the package to the address provided (return shipping is at your cost)
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us to arrange an exchange. We'll reserve your new size and ship it as soon as we receive your return, at no additional shipping cost.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund.
