Browse our collections and select your desired piece. Choose your size, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email once your payment is processed.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After this window, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at hello@nurah.me if you need to make changes.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary by region: GCC (3-5 days), Europe (5-7 days), North America (7-10 days), Asia-Pacific (7-10 days). Express shipping is available for faster delivery.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $300. For orders under $300, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Express shipping is available at an additional cost.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for ready-to-wear items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Bespoke/customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Contact us at hello@nurah.me to initiate an exchange. We'll provide you with a return label and reserve your new size. Once we receive your return, we'll ship the exchange at no extra cost.
Bespoke Service
Our bespoke service creates custom abayas tailored to your exact measurements and preferences. You can choose from our premium fabric library, customize colors, add personalized embroidery, and modify designs to create a truly unique piece.
Bespoke orders typically take 3-4 weeks from design confirmation to completion. Rush orders (2 weeks) are available for an additional fee, subject to availability.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. The remaining 50% is due before shipping. Deposits secure your materials and craftsperson's time.
Care & Maintenance
We recommend dry cleaning for best results, especially for pieces with embroidery or embellishment. If hand washing, use cold water with mild detergent, rinse thoroughly, and hang to dry away from direct sunlight. Iron on low heat, inside out.
Store your abaya hanging in the garment bag provided. Avoid folding for extended periods to prevent creasing. Keep away from direct sunlight to preserve colors. Use cedar or lavender sachets to keep fabric fresh.
